A Journey from Touch to Tackle:

Our program caters to a wide range of age groups, ensuring that every player’s developmental needs are met. Starting in the U8 division, our younger players engage in “touch rugby,” an excellent introduction to the sport that emphasizes the basics of play and teamwork. This helps build a solid foundation of skills and understanding.

Age Groups

As our players progress through the age groups, they’ll transition into tackle rugby when they reach the U10 division. This is where the game takes a step up in intensity, teaching young athletes the art of safe and strategic tackling.

Inclusivity and Co-Ed Play:

We embrace inclusivity and provide opportunities for both boys and girls to play together on the same teams until they reach the U14 division. This co-ed environment promotes diversity, teamwork, and respect on and off the field.

Expert Coaching:

Our dedicated coaches are the backbone of our program. Each coach brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique blend of experiences as former players and seasoned mentors. What sets them apart is their commitment to coaching excellence – all our coaches hold an L1 Certification from World Rugby Passport. This certification equips them with the specific knowledge needed to effectively teach kids the game while breaking it down into coachable key factors.

Our coaches are more than just instructors; they are mentors who inspire, teach, and motivate young athletes to reach their full potential.
